Rui Patrício (Sporting CP)
On a night when 17 goals were scored in the four quarter-finals, Sporting's goalkeeper kept the only clean sheet. One of his saves was a stop from a one-on-one with Atlético's Antoine Griezmann.

Hiroki Sakai (Marseille)
Marseille's Japanese right-back struck late to ended Leipzig's hopes and consolidate his position in the Team of the Week. He made 11 defensive interventions in an excellent all-round performance.

Laurent Koscielny (Arsenal)
It was not the easiest of nights for Arsenal and their defence but they ultimately stood firm, and Koscielny was a key component for them. He made 11 clearances, won six aerial duels and made five interceptions against CSKA.

Sebastián Coates (Sporting CP)
Coates was a key man in helping his team preserve a clean sheet as he won eight aerial duels over the 90 minutes to keep Atlético's forwards at bay. He was equally a threat from set pieces in attack and had three attempts at goal.

Kirill Nababkin (CSKA)
Nababkin was able to get forward much more in this second leg and he contributed a vital goal to get CSKA back in the tie with Arsenal. Of his 42 completed passes, 17 came in the final third.

Dimitri Payet (Marseille)
The French international was a central figure in Marseille's comeback thanks to his goal and assist. He created another four chances and had five dribbles, offering a constant threat.

Mohamed Elneny (Arsenal)
The defensive midfielder put in plenty of work to protect Arsenal's defence, but along with his ten defensive interventions, he provided assists for both goals to help the visitors draw 2-2 on the night.

Amadou Haidara (Salzburg)
Haidara scored the second of the night for Salzburg and that started a three-goal scoring spree in just over four minutes to see the home side overcome Lazio and progress. The Malian midfielder was a driving influence throughout.

Florian Thauvin (Marseille)
Along with his Marseille colleague Payet, Thauvin makes the Team of the Week thanks to his goal and assist in his side's 5-2 win against Leipzig, with many of his stats mirroring those of Payet.

Danny Welbeck (Arsenal)
After a nervy night for the Gunners in Moscow, Welbeck popped up with a vital away goal to score his third goal in his last three UEFA Europa League matches and help his side progress to the semi-finals.

Montero struck an early goal as Sporting strove to overcome Atlético's first-leg advantage, and he never stopped trying to make things happen. He won three corners, three aerial duels and had three attempts at goal.
