Montpellier 0-2/1-3 Chelsea (agg: 1-5)
Ji So-Yun and Erin Cuthbert gave Chelsea a hard-fought win in France and then Fran Kirby was the key in the return, scoring two including as penalty and making the other for Ramona Bachmann. The second leg attratced Chelsea's record crowd of over 3,000.

Wolfsburg 5-0/1-1 Slavia Praha (agg: 6-1)
Pernille Harder struck twice in the first leg and Ewa Pajor scored in both games as two-time winners Wolfsburg eased through.

Manchester City 2-0/5-3 Linköping (agg: 7-3)
The first leg was a solid win for City but the return was extraordinary. City led 4-0 at half-time in Sweden with Georgia Stanway on target twice but Marija Banušić pulled two goals back to give the Swedish champions (whose return next season is already confirmed) brief hope of at least drawing on the night.

Lyon 2-1/1-0 Barcelona (agg: 3-1)
Barcelona were close to a surprise draw against the holders last week before Ada Hegerberg struck with ten minutes left, her competition record-equalling 14th of the season on a night when Camille Abily came off the bench to make her 78th appearance in UEFA women's club football, one ahead of Emma Byrne's previous best. Eugénie Le Sommer got the only goal of the return watched by Barcelona record's crowd of 12,178, while the first leg at Parc OL was watched by 15,104, the most ever for a quarter-final.

Chelsea 1-3/0-2 Wolfsburg (agg: 1-5)
All three of Chelsea's campaigns have now been ended by Wolfsburg and the damage was done in the first leg despite Ji giving Chelsea an early lead. Sara Bjork Gunnarsdóttir, a Maren Mjelde own goal and Lara Dickenmann turned the tie in London before Harder and Pajor made sure in Wolfsburg's home leg, sending the two-time winners into their fourth final.

Manchester City 0-0/0-1 Lyon (agg: 0-1)
A volley from Lucy Bronze, who signed for Lyon from City last summer, made the difference as Abily became the first player to 80 appearances in this competition and announced her retirement at the end of the season. Both of City's campaigns have now ended with semi-final defeats by Lyon, who are in a record seventh decider. They could set two new records with a fifth title and third in a row.
