With Paris Saint-Germain eager to win their first UEFA Women's Champions League title on Thursday, midfielder Shirley Cruz Traña – a 2012 signing from Lyon – gives us the inside track on the squad.

The hardest trainer ...

Eve Périsset – she arrives first and takes good care of herself. She was at Lyon and I think she got her maturity from there. She is a good example to the younger players.

The most skilful ...

Cristiane. When she nutmegs us, it's not nice, but it's one of her qualities!

The best dresser ...

Good question. In my opinion, it's Sabrina Delannoy and Laure Boulleau. They are the ones who dress the best after games. Most of us are more relaxed.

Takes longest to get ready ...

Marie-Laure Delie. Whenever we are ready, we always have to wait at least ten minutes for her. Even after training, she is the one who comes out last.

The biggest joker ...

Hawa Cissoko. She is the one who creates an atmosphere, who makes us laugh and who puts the music on. She is the one who takes on that role.

The best singer ...

There are quite a few. If I have to choose one, it would be Sana Daoudi. I didn't know she sang so well.

Ritual for new players ...

Normally they have to sing or dance, or do something that comes from their culture.

Team motto ...

This year some players made up a song. So when we win, we sing it and it means we have got the result we needed.
