Together with its social responsibility partners, the World Heart Federation and Healthy Stadia, UEFA is once again supporting the World Heart Day campaign, raising awareness of heart health and healthier lifestyles.

UEFA is proud to promote the aims of World Heart Day, as showcased at the recent UEFA Women's EURO in the Netherlands, where a number of healthy lifestyle initiatives were supported under the banner of A Healthy Heart Your Goal.

Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death and disability in the world, but being active and playing sports like football can make a difference: just 30 minutes of moderate exercise, five days a week can boost heart health and help prevent heart disease and stroke.
